Well, you are correct. If you made the purchase in 2014, then they will NOT count for 2015/2016 CP. At least that is what is suppose to be.
I just took a quick peek at my CP retail earnings thought. I do have purchases made in 2013 that counted toward my 2014 CP. But, that is not how it is suppose to work.
Sears typically runs 8 and sometimes even 10 points specials a couple times a month. To be safe, I would wait until they do this in 2015.
