Wirelessly posted (Apple iPhone: Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 8_1_2 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/600.1.4 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/8.0 Mobile/12B440 Safari/600.1.4)

Always travel with a valid passport. Even when flying domestically. You never know when you might need to reroute suddenly via Canada or whatever. I also have picked up an international trip in the middle of a domestic trip.

My approach is to carry my passport book, passport card, and NEXUS card with me anytime I travel by air. And the passport card lives in my wallet 24/7, even when I'm not traveling.
