No, the bonus miles are not elite qualifying; redeemable only.

Are you in the middle of a challenge? With standard (not-challenge) qualification, the qualification year resets on Jan 1, making a Jan 2 qualification pretty much impossible. If that's you, you need to get to 50K miles/points (60 segments) by Dec 31.
