Wow, very helpful thread!
Now, is there some way to find costs by specific class online?
(e.g. I'm traveling YVR-AMS Nov 21, returning Nov 29, and want the cheapest upgradeable ticket. With not being able to specify booking class on ac.com, you can only find pricing for what it decides to show you.)
