The way I read their response is that Stockback has no record of your order, not that Hallmark doesn't. If Hallmark doesn't pay Stockback, Stockback doesn't pay you. You need to take this up with Stockback.

I have $70 in my Stockback account that is about all I need to know they're a useful service, including rebates for many US Airways tickets ...
