The important things are up and running smoothly here - that to my family is what's important.

The hot tubs are still not "hot" due to some electrical issue.

There are still places where lighting is an issue, or paper towel holders missing in the bathrooms and little things like that which are all small details relative to anyone coming and having a great time.

The resort is still not operating like the 5 star resort they are hoping for it to be - but it certainly is on the right track and its evident that Hyatt Ziva has come a really long way in the 12 days its been opened.
