I guess from your perspective, having followed and read all the reviews on Flyertalk about the opening of Hyatt Ziva and the initial shortcomings, if I were in your shoes, I would think the same thing.

However, here is the reality, I am here now, as a guest, with NO affiliation to Hyatt or Playa Resorts for that matter.

I figured since I have had two great days with my family on vacation, I would give all those who may be arriving in the future some comfort in knowing that the resort is functionally really well.

Yes, the resort has got a ways to go to be perfect.

I guess my "calculating" overview was just me being a very detailed person and can come across as if it were written by a professional on behalf of Hyatt Ziva, but that isn't the case.

As for as my one post, this is the first time I felt I could add value to everyone reading it to see what Hyatt Ziva is like in real time since so many of the posts were heavy loaded towards the first few days and now the past couple of days there have only been a few posts.

What more can I say, either believe it or not, but this is my perspective, as a guest at the resort and nothing more.
