There are indeed doors from the staff areas and I personally witnessed a member of kitchen staff come out on to the balcony to go about the important task of making a mobile call. At least he was entitled to be there!
Do we really need to go through the expense and rigmarole of signing everything so that those who we all know are trying it on can be held to account for their actions?
