I love my Boyt but, sadly, they are no longer Boyt. Hartmann bought the company. However, for those of us who love our Boyt, I'm told by Hartmann that they will honor the lifetime warranty for any damage, breakage, etc. (considered the best in the industry) on all Boyt luggage. She also said they aren't sure yet whether they will keep the Boyt brand going.
