You could do those routings exUK and you would get more TPs, but I suspect the price in J would still be very high (>£2k) and you would still be nowhere near £3 or less per TP. Apart from the recent exUK flash sale (which I don't think we will see again for at least 12 months) the only way you would get a TP run under £3/TP is go exEU. Either the exDUB or exCPH would do at the moment. For the specific destinations you mentioned in these sales you can do 2 connections in Europe, and 2 in the US/Canada. So for example say DUB-HEL-LHR/LCY-JFK-ORD-YYZ/YUL - so up to 900 TPs.
