I have an upcoming overnight at DFW for an early morning flight the following day. I'm splurging so I will be staying at the Grand Hyatt. I get in early enough to DFW that I thought I should venture off airport for dinner.

I was thinking that finding an interesting place to eat somewhere long the Orange line could be fun. Obviously BBQ comes to mind but I'll eat just about anything that is tasty .
