They are right next to each other, if the bus only stops at T2 it will take less than 5 mins with luggage and child in tow. If it goes around to the pick up point IMO it's easier (more of a straight line, on the same level) to get off there.
I'm pretty sure that the Crowne Plaza shuttle bus (and most , if not all, hotel shuttle buses drop at the stop in back of the car park between T1 and T2 .. walkable from both , but a bit of a strep ( The stop is over behind the church in the airport car park )
I don't know if the on site hotel shuttles ( Radisson Blu & Maldron ) also go from there , but if they do it makes very little sense as it's about as far to walk to that shuttle stop from T2 anyway as it is to walk to the hotel.
