so far i have had mine for about 2 years and have used it every 3 weeks on average. 100% carryon, for primarily INTL and transcon travel. but plenty of gate checking/"a la carte" too.

B&R has a lifetime worry free guarantee. on my bag, the handle broke last year. i shipped it back to them and they fixed it and paid postage both ways. it was out of my hands for about 14 days for the repair and it came back good as new.
