Last night I was checking in to the Hyatt Dulles and the women in front of me with a child was screaming at the agent so everyone could hear. Her complaint was that she waited for over an hour for a shuttle, which I have no clue if it is true not but the way she was dealing with it was what frustrated me. She called the agents at the desk idiots, told them to go get her bags and look thru them to find her credit card because she was not doing because it is unacceptable the way treat diamonds here and just kept being rude to the lady and guy behind desk for 20 mins while I stood behind her. Finally I said that she should calm down and that if she was so angry about it having a shuttle in the cold why didn't she just take cab with her baby.... This basically stop the women from being angry at Hyatt to now being angry at me.

which was fine because it allowed the guy to get away and start checking the rest of us in. It is just really disappointing to see a person who travels a lot to treat people who really have no control so badly. It is like the guy who screams at the gate agent because their flight is canceled for weather.
