Not clear of your point.

The point is that there has been a continual problem since then. It is pointless you saying other people's experience in the last 10 years are invalid. I have been staying there for around 20 nights a year for the last 10 years or so until this year. No more. The main reasons is as leisure travellers we use the lounge and the kids issue has been the main recurring problem.

Largely children being left there all day playing on the computers often with nannies whilst parents go out shopping. Running around, screaming and hogging the computers and playing with the food. I have tried year in and year out to engage management. It isn't the lounge staff's fault. The kids play with the food and the lounge staff cannot do anything about it because then the customers complain about them - and hotel management do not do anything about it except make promises. These nannies are often not treated respectfully by the kids and they clearly have no control over them . It is a cultural issue. Management acknowledge the problem and one year they even had a child embargo during Mid-east holidays and had a "play room" as an alternative to the Club. So they know bout it. That stopped.
