Great reviews. As I think you know the IC Vienna issues have been thus for some time. Many years ... and getting worst, The use of the lounge for kids has been a problem for years with solutions promised by several GMs. It is one of my two favourite ICs but is one of the reasons why we have given up. When the hotel relies so much on Middle-East trade and Asian trade then basically they ain't going to do anything to control the lounge being used to park the kids who run amok and are normally completely out of control. And as you know the food has been an issue for almost as long.
