Reminds me of being in 1A when the FA started taking dinner orders from the last row first because it was a flight number ending in an odd number. She made it up to our first row, and my seat mate in 1b proceeds to chew out the FA for taking his order last and his only choice being pasta. He exclaimed that this is three times in a row he had been on the first row purposely and was the last to order food and was stuck with pasta. Nice lady FA says very sweetly "sir, are you aware that on odd number flights the food orders are taken from last row first?" I told nice lady FA a while later when on a rest room break that it's a hoot that my seat buddy waited until the same thing happened to him three times to ask why they took orders from the last row first. Nice lady FA looked at me and said "there is no whining in first class". I said "exactly". Bam.
