We have been BA Shareholders for many years, discount last used in 2011. Attempted to use it last year but codes never materialised from the stockbroker. This year looking to book LHR-MRU in Club World for my brother and his wife for their anniversary. Have contacted Barclays and 'as we haven't used since 2011 we cannot be issued with new codes'. IAG Shareholders have advised that as the scheme is ending soon no new codes can be issued. Is there any other way to get the code we need? Thanks
