I had not removed their link from Mileage Workshop until this evening. I have given them a few days to respond to my "calling them on the carpet". Since they have chosen to ignore me, I don't feel it is in anyone's interest to promote them at Mileage Workshop. They are the weakest link...good bye!

On a positive note, I have experienced an extremely high level of customer care from a wonderful woman named Diane at Milesource. I was concerned that I had not received a gift certificate I requested a long time ago. She spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with me and working out the problem with GiftCertificates.com It turned out that the gift certificate went to an incorrect email address (not my fault). She responded to her emails within hours and was very friendly on the phone as well.
