Good thinking, but no....
I flew in Y and used my Priority Pass card for lounge access. In GVA the card is actually really useful as you get access to the regular Swiss Business Lounge, the Horizon Lounge (meh) and the Dnata Skyview Lounge (which is the one I always use) because it has a decent offering and is often almost empty.
