I had to wait a couple of times around 8 am or so. Once the wait was about 30 minutes so I decided to grab a pre-shower coffee. Other time they told me it would be about an hour and handed me a pager which buzzed in about 5 minutes, the front desk lady told me she got me in early by mistake and gave me a shower number. I said well, not all errors are bad, thanks and went for shower.
