I had cashed in my spedia points and the check never arrived. After many non answered emails, they finally claimed it was lost in the mail and they had no way to trace or reissue it and then they would not answer any more email messages. I have several friends that also had "lost" checks.

I submitted a complaint to the BBB online at bbb.org and didn't expect much, but a few weeks later a check from Spedia came (handwritten and nothing in the envelope but the check). A note from the BBB followed and in it was the Spedia responce stating that they sent me a check and quoted a check number and then said they would send another one.

Anyway, I thanked the BBB and I am very impressed with them. Anyone else having problems should consider using them.
