Travels complete for 2014. Ended up in seat 12k, so very happy indeed! Staff at newark and on flight were absolutely fantastic. I can't fault BA this year; minimal delays and pretty consistent service. Thanks BA, two thumbs up! Happy holidays, safe travels and all the best to everyone in 2015!
