And if it does, how does it deal with receipts not in English?
I have not tried non-English receipt so I don't know about that. But for anything in English it seems to work just fine. The only problem I have is that when places like Costco where they check your receipt at the door and draw a black marker line over it, the OCR can't read the words covered by the marker.
