I have a two-hour connection at LHR coming up soon, arriving in F and connecting to CE, T5 to T5. I stupidly thought that cabana bookings could only be made four weeks in advance, and don't have a secured booking, but am on the waitlist.

At around 06:30am on a Saturday morning, what do you reckon the wait times would be for a shower at Elemis in South Galleries? Short of going to the Arrivals lounge (which would take too long), my other options are North Galleries or T5B Elemis, correct? Would either of those latter two be faster, or a moot point as South Galleries is the largest facility?

The Quintessentially lady at LHR alarmed me when she said that pagers are given out at Elemis and the wait times can sometimes be as much as an hour.
