From my experience, as quick as the second flight with EY. Call me a picky passenger but when things go astray due to crew clumsiness and inexperience (mistakes happen and are understandable but not in this case) you watch with amazement and wonder.

Then on subsequent trips you're met with a lot of not possible's followed by a CIA-style interrogation every time you call to request a seat are over the top.
