Well I thought I would post an update:
I finally received my $50 gift certificate on Dec 4, almost three and a half months after redeeming. My fiancee has not got hers though!
All I can say is that Milesource pretty much sucks with their customer service. Over this last three months I must have sent over 12 emails, left 5 phone messages, and faxed 2 or 3 times to get the first gift certificate. Now it still continues for the other. I know that for a little while Milesource's account with giftcertificates.ca was suspended (lack of payment maybe?) but that only came up about 2 weeks ago with all prior correspondence leaning towards Milesource's failure to submit the redemptions. I am still going to redeem the rest of my points but I no longer visit milesource for anything.
