And here I am complaining about a redemption that was made on Oct. 16th. I haven't received a confirmation from giftcertificates.com, yet. As a matter of fact, I have just sent an email to Milesource Customer Service asking for an explanation.
As for your situation, I would email Milesource again and ask them to resubmit the confirmation number to giftcertificates. com. I have done this in past redemptions and within two days, I've received my confirmation info from giftcertificates.com. I'm hoping this will work again for me.
