Has anyone else had problems redeeming with Milesource? In particular for Gift Certicates from giftcertificates.ca?

Here is my problems (sorry for the length)

My fiancee and I redeemed for $50 Home Depot GC's back on Aug 22. Nothing arrived after 4 Weeks. So I emailed Milesource and they replied that giftcertificates.ca would confirm within 4 weeks after the Milesource confirmation email to me (one week after redemption date. So that puts it up to 5 Weeks. After 5 weeks no email from giftcertificates.ca and no GC's in the mail. So I decide to email giftcertificates.ca on Oct 11 and they repsond that they process all Milesource requests within 2 Business days, however they cannot find any redemptions in mine nor my fiancee's name. So I forward this email to Milesource and receive no reply. I email it again on Oct 18 and finally receive a reply from Milesource on Oct 19. In it they state that they did submit it but apologize for the mix up and will submit it manually to giftcertificates.ca and that I should get a response in 10-14 days. So that brings us to Sunday Nov. 4 which is 16 days after the last Milesource email with no response. So I emailed a somewhat more stern email on the 4th, and now here we are on the 6th and no response at all from Milesource.

So now I am at a loss of what to do? Any suggestions?
