Received offer to join milesource and get 1000 free miles plus free bottle of mouthwash. From what I've read here from others about milesource, the mouthwash might come in handy when I attempt to redeem miles !

Can I redeem the 1000 miles for anything of even marginal value or would it be more trouble than it's worth.
