Could I get the mavens' insights who have used this card for a while?

My wife and newborn are thinking of heading to the Ritz-Carlton Bali next year. We want to stay roughly a week and will use a Korean Air award ticket to fly over there. I don't have this card.

A very important benefit to me would be to have club/lounge upgrade during our 7 night marriott award redemption stay at the Ritz-Carlton Bali. I also have Marriott Platinum status. Could this be a plausible way to get the club/lounge benefit with the Ritz-Carlton credit card for our award stay?

- Get the Ritz-Carlton Credit Card ASAP say 12/19
- Receive it by 12/31 and use the $300 fee credit to pay for taxes/fees of $450 on our Korean Air one-way award ticket
-Book the Ritz-Carlton Bali in this fashion: NIGHT 1: Paid Stay to use the Club/Lounge benefit; NIGHT 2: Free Night with $2,000 in spend; NIGHTS 3-7: Buy 4 nights get 5th Free Marriott Rewards redemption
- Book the return Korean Air one-way award ticket in January to use the $300 fee credit to pay $450 on our Korean Air return award-ticket

For a Marriott Platinum member, and Ritz-Carlton Credit Card holder with a 7 night stay, with the 1st night paid and Club Level upgrade redeemed - would the hotel allow us to remain at the Club Level the entire stay?
