Here are 2 trip summaries, first YYZ-YEG and 2nd YYZ-LHR.
Since the wording used is "Carrier Surcharges", will these amounts be the ones that are waived, or will some of these amounts end up elsewhere in another fee and thus not be waived. Just trying to clarify, thanks.
