Which is fine if it is genuinely OTC in HK, but Mannings (& Watsons) pharmacies will stick strictly to the official rules on what's OTC, whereas most local pharmacies will sell you anything that isn't on the controlled drugs list if you ask for it specifically.

(For example, Mannings/Watsons won't sell you antibiotics without a prescription, but almost any other pharmacy will.)
