Was in 64A JFK-LHR and then onto JNB. This loud , rude, and very arrogant guy came right up to me and loudly demanded we swap seats because he was taller than me. I am nearly 6 foot, so I politely told him to get lost and enjoy a peaceful flight.

On another note it is better not to have CX expectations getting on a BA flight.
