Every time this year I've been through LAX there's only been 1 lounge though which gets pretty busy - there's a couple of quantas flights just after the BA one so everyone with status plus J and F pax are all crammed in there (think there is an OW F lounge opening in Jan next year but it won't help)

Thanks for your input. I did manage to snag 16K, which is the backward facing seat. Unfortunately, this flight is on the the 77W. I will get the 388 going to LAX.

The lounge situation is a joke. I was looking forward to the F portion being operational on 18th of December, but it seems that has been delayed till the end of January....hope my friend at CX is wrong about that info.
