Seriously, it must be quite depressing at times for CC having to work while passengers are relaxing and heading on holiday.
So I'm glad that they sometimes get a bit of time to chill out too.

As for the crew, not all of them celebrate Christmas, and it may not be entirely obvious if a crew member is Jewish, to take just one example. Also it is sometimes the case at Christmas that cabin crew have friends, family, partners on the same aircraft going to their destination with them, which makes it a bit easier for them.
