There isn't really a "standard" pricing for these, either online or at the desk, it varies a lot. $735 strikes me as rather high for a Y->W upgrade though, so it may well be a fare difference rather than a promotional offer.

There is a slim chance that you may be offered the promotional offer (referred to as POUG around here in case you want to search the forum) but if the flight is as busy as AyeCaramba suggests then I wouldn't hope for that to become available.
