The best way to do it is to register and then do an Opinion Place survey. I tried this and I had 850 miles (750 for promo + 100 for survey) posted to my account in a matter of hours. A few other people I know have also tried this and it works. Although it says you must make a purchase from one of the merchants to receive the 750 mile bonus, I have found that if you use ANY merchant for ANYTHING you will get the 750 miles.
