Do you get any refund if you we're booking in J & now traveling in sub-average A320 Y?


They don't seem to handle delays to well lately, I had an akl-wlg flight on Sunday that we sat on the plane for 75minutes before we departed! for an 45minute flight time.

Was painful to watch the 8am service push back, before the 7am service. Surely if they had an brain, someone would of swapped the two aircarft around giving them along to fix the broken A320, and only cause an 15 minute delay to the 8am and not an 60minute delay to the 7am...
