I'm always already extremely annoyed before entering the TSA line. There's no excuse for the DL employees that stand around after customs rudely screaming and yelling at passengers. Moreover, if I want/need to speak with the counter agent before giving up my checked bag, it is not the yeller's business nor should that person argue with me. Believe me, I know that once DL had my checked bag back, it will be much harder to SDC. There's more rude yelling and screaming at DL's paying passengers around the approach to the planetrain station versus the escalators upstairs toward the F gates and SC. Again, if I want to visit the F SC or the Club at ATL, that is my right even if my next flight leaves from another concourse, so please don't argue or scream at me.

Rant over, and BTW I have tried to report the yelling and screaming to DL supervisors/redcoats at ATL but no one seems to care.
