You will have to add them as your redemption nominees first
If you already have 5 nominees, then deleting one and adding another one is cumbersome process, and has time limitations (can only delete one after 6 months etc.

That said, if you are starting with a clean slate, adding upto 5 nominees is quite straightforward and can be done online
