(1) YUL (Montreal,Canada)
(2) Economy
(3) Usually under 10k but starting 2015 I'll be doing Asia a few times a year so I assume 25k+
(4) No status
(5) Exchanging miles for tickets, upgrades
(6) It will be mostly Montreal - Taiwan/Japan
(7) None.
(8) a few thousand miles for pleasure per year, will travel 25k miles for work


I am currently a member of Aeroplan, AAdvantage, United MileagePlus...got some aeroplan miles lineup up for a vacation. nothing else.

Should I stick to just one of them or is there a way to maximize ? and then transfer all miles in one program to redeem ?
