Either of the wide bodies. Recently flew the 767 with the old angle lie-flat business class for the first time, after a lifetime of hops on MD80s and 738s in F.
Let's just say I'll route from PHX to LAX to fly a transcon whenever I'm headed to the East Coast. Night & day difference.
+1 for the 767 over 777. Everyone complains over the in-flight entertainment on both. Bring a laptop + car inverter and you're fine. (Unless you can get F on the 777 or even better, get a refurb'd 777!)
