Was very touched to receive an email from Lufthansa wishing me Happy Birthday recently. They said that a pilot wished to say Happy Birthday personally and to enter a phone number. A pilot then called to wish me happy birthday (sounded realistic) and said to check my inbox after the call...cue €20 off a future flight to say thank you my loyalty!

Why doesn't BA wish members Happy Birthday?
