When Airtran A+ Rewards was merged with Rapid Rewards it took a few weeks for my wife's flights to be credited. Her credits had already been applied to Standard Awards.

We emailed Southwest about so e points she should have earned if the credit had been prompt.

Todayou Southwest called and credited her those points. There was a small bank error in her favor.
