Question with the old SWU you had to be confirmed in the upgrade before the cert expired but the flights could happen latter. With GUC the cert says all travel must be completed by the expiration dateis this what agents are following? So even if you can confirm the upgrade for a travel date after expiration you cant. If so really mad about the change, delta never said that.
