BA won't waive the 4 legs requirement. They just never do it. They will however give you 2 extra weeks to get the flights in, but that's it. If you are able to go back a day or even a morning sooner and perhaps do an extra Paris to London return in, then you would be in a better position to get the legs you need.
do you think - on the other hand - they will count the BA leg I did less than a week before the current membership year began?
