I would be extremely cautious paying in rubles. As rubles devaluation speeds up hour to hour, Russian OTAs might use the situation as well. They may cancel tickets and refund in rubles that will be 50% worth of what you paid for them upon ticket purchase. They'll probably start cancellation with tickets paid via foreign CC.
