I'd actually choose the 767 as you'll be flying in the the top class of service on the plane. I'm not a fan of the 777 AVOD until the refurb.....plus with the 2x3x2 you'll always have someone trying to crawl over to you get to the bathroom.....763 you can pick the middle and not deal with that.
