IME AY does not take such complaints seriously, but I guess they should if they want to keep on charging for seats. Especially when flying on China.
I understand giving feedback is important, but in this case I think a formal complaint afterwards would not make any difference... I mean what would be the way in which AY could retrospectively make you feel better about what happened?
